Level of the theoretical knowledge of judo students during the implementation of speed-strength development methods

The scientific article presents the rationale for implementing method of developing speed and strength abilities 10th – 11th grade students using judo in extracurricular educational training process. It has been proven that above-mentioned technique contributes to positive assimilation theoretical material on judo, activates interest physical education sports activities. purpose study is investigate level 10 11 process methodology judo. following research methods were used solve tasks research: generalization data from methodical literature, questionnaires, observations, conversations, mathematical statistics. described questionnaire determining knowledge, which was developed according three levels complexity accordance with author's development grades 11, became a novelty study. In article, comparative analysis knowledge among experimental group carried out.

Misunderstanding appearance passivity process, incorrect execution technical tactical actions or special exercises. lack activity participation student-judoka breaks «trainer-student» relationship, significantly reduction effectiveness Theoretical aimed at students' acquisition specific as well increasing their intellectual level, athletic growth chosen sport.
